where's Joe now

recovering from a massive hangover for the next 24 hours
after Mike presents him with a £50 booze voucher for all his efforts
I suspect

Twitter reports Wigan/ Everton agree deal for McCarthy
Another one of our targets.
anyone know where the fat bastard is as we speak ??
It's like we have actually sighed a player this summer and fixed all out issues,

Tomorrow will be just like it was two yrs ago when we were desperate for players and we ended up selling Carroll
The club is a joke and will be till the three bell ends go

Think Cabs will definitely go. Maybe Benny too...We'll get no replacements and have to put up with the usual "couldn't get anyone over the line" bo11ocks

According to Twitter:

McCarthy to Everton
Ba to Arsenal
Ince to Tottenham
Thauvin to Marseille
Ayew staying put

Kinnear is on fire.

Journal are reporting no signings too. It really ****s me off that we over price our own players but will never pay the market rate for the players we're interested in.

Ashley can't have it both ways. Not to mention the fact that we generally only target players with 12 months or less left on their contract. It's a poor strategy, it's like betting on a team to win because they are decent odds and not because you actually fancy them to get a result.

We should target players based on ability, suitability for the league, their potential to improve etc. I mean how can we rate Cabaye at 20m when he's 27 with no scope for improvement and yet rate Thauvin at only 8m (I know he prefers Marseille) when he's only 20 and has all the potential in the world.

It's an absolute ****ing disgrace.

What'll happen tomorrow is this:

David Craig will be at Sunderland. All will be quiet with us, except for perhaps Obertan going to Forest on loan. Then at about 3:30pm news will come through that we've accepted a bid for Cabaye from some ****s. Craig will then race over to our ground and just report on that for ages. Then at about 10pm we'll hear that we've put in a bid for someone like McCarthy or Ince. It will be rejected. That will be the end of the matter.

"06:48: BIG NEWS: According to the chief editor of L’Equipe, Joel Domenighetti, if Yohan Cabaye leaves Newcastle, the Magpies will then go on to sign Marseille winger Andre Ayew for close to €8 million plus bonuses! More on this story as we get it, so stay tuned."

Ah, of course. Only makes sense for us to exit a transfer window with more money than we enter it.

We are truly an embarrassment. Whatever happened to bringing in 3 or 4, which became 2 , and then became 1, and which eventually became after getting funds from selling Cabaye....

David Craig's just been on SSN apparently we've enquired about Tom Ince, which we all knew anyway. Why wait till the last day obviously not going to happen now spurs are apparently in for him + they've said they'll loan him back for the rest of the season which basically rules us out
