The only way it'll be fun is if we sign the players we need, otherwise it's torture.

If true about Ozil and we don't compete to sign him then someone isn't doing their job.

My thoughts too, although I wonder where Ozil will fit in if we aren't playing Kagawa.

Herrera and Fellaini look like the most likely arrivals today, which would be pretty much what we need imo, although obviously not the sort of top quality signings we might hope for.

Typically our higher profile signings don't work out for us anyways, so I'm not too bothered, if they aren't "world class."

I feel your point there, but our last two games we've controlled the game extremely well, but created very little. That is why Kagawa should be playing, and if Ozil is actually for sale, we should be throwing money at Madrid. We desperately need help creating chances.
