Got a message from a lurker who is having probs. Can't see images like the bale one and can't post on forums. Suggested they mail a mod but if anyone knows what the prob might be then speak now, ta
Is their browser up to date? Don't think that there are any forum problems at the moment, so I can only imagine that it's something on their end, unfortunately. How is he accessing the site? PC or phone?
...after Spain had a perfectly legit goal chalked off. Unsurprisingly, that one never gets mentioned in the debate about goal line technology.
I have a little problem & I wonder if any of you computer whizz kids can help me out: About 18 months ago I downloaded the Spurs toolbar with the ticker tape style headlines which you can just click onto & be taken immediately to item of interest. I liked this feature very much but about two months ago it changed to reading []'No valid RSS feeds have been configured'[/]. Does anyone know why? It could have been around the time the OS had problems or perhaps they have stopped this feature. Or perhaps its my basic PC.... Any advice gratefully received. Thanks.
I'm no expert but I'd guess they moved the location of the RSS(Rich Site summary) feed which means the URI (uniform resource indicator) will be looking in the wrong place. Have you tried re subscribing to the feed?
No Deebub I haven't. Cannot see how to resubscribe. The original one was on the OS & I just clicked on. Can't see it now. Thanks for replying.
Thanks to those who've tried to sort out my rep. It now stands at -8.3m so it might be a while before I'm back green!
Nothing much - the only neg rep I can see is from Astroturfnaut (Rep power 23m) who did it against an innocuous post on the redevelopment of Stanford Bridge on the Chelsea Board. But his comment on the rep was about Bale being a diver so I'm not sure what that is about. I'm not particularly worried, the whole rep thing is insane.
I went to that thread to see what you'd said and it was not critical of anyone, least of all Liverpool. Very strange. Not that it matters, but isn't there a process to challenge this? Surely a supermod can step in and remove?
Who was moaning about too many stickies on this forum? Went over to the chav board, made a post and had to scroll down past 11 sticky threads! madness!
We'll drop the transfer window one when it's over and then it should be fine for everyone, I think. Looks fine to me now, but I realise that there are different sizes of monitor being used and various media readers (phones, pads, etc.), too.
