Been a few on here questioning whether Liam Moore is 'ready' ... would just mention Ross Barkley and also the Southampton left-back yesterday ... if you're good enough you are old enough ...hopefully Liam becomes a fixture this season ... he is already far more impressive than Jack Hobbs ever was for us, IMHO.

I agree that if you're good enough you're old enough.

But being 'good enough' doesn't just mean technically good. I don't quite think Moore is mentally ready yet, I think he's been found wanting with positioning and also being just too damn passionate. I think he'd give his all for us and I think in doing so he tries too hard (tries to tackle everyone and can be found out of position).

I think when he's mentally ready he'll be an absolute machine and playing next to CBs like Wes and playing under managers like Nige will teach him that.

Really do think we have a star on our hands, hope he plays more for us ahead of SSL and ****bread.

The only way Moore can get stronger mentally is by playing. He will learn alot faster playing every week alongside Wes Morgan. Moore has the potential to be as good if not better then Morgan

We just need to make sure Moore does so in a Leicester shirt

Dont know why everyone is writing off Man Us chances this season, Chelsea scored twice and Man U scored 4 goals against a better team.

Quite true Wizard and I wouldn't write them off ... BUT ... United looked vulnerable at the back and, on another day, Swansea might have scored four or five (two of the best chances fell to Rangel unfortunately for them - but having carved the United defence apart) .. but more, United's defence was 'panicky' on several occasions, especially after Bony had pulled one back - if the Swans had got another at that point I think they would have had real possibilities of 3-3.

It was all said in good taste to be fair, very funny stuff.

Personally, i'm already fed up with JC.

I just can't stand the Scouse accent. So squeaky, high pitched and annoying.

He was wrong about the penalty decision. Can't believe he's back in the Premier League again. Even without the Leicester connection he irritates the hell out of me.

... but not on the point that the 'bigger clubs' seem to get the 'benefit of the doubt' on key decisions disproportionately ...

I hold nothing against Ollie for his time here. We was a sinking ship but he did have enough time to turn it around

Likewise and turning around that ship was always going to be difficult - the thing to ask yourself is whether he could have brought us straight back up and where we would then be now? For me the answer is undoubtedly yes to the first ... as for the second? - well it's hard to argue with the fact that he has taken two relatively unfashionable teams out of this division on scant resources (critics will argue that the Blackpool team was already built to some extent - but that's too simplistic)...

... anyone see John Terry's arm blocking Gabby Agbonlahor's late effort? ... the ref didn't!!! - suspect he might have if it had been Chelsea needing a last minute pen ... (very sad that I'm now 'answering' my own posts LOL!)

And I heard Ivanovic elbowed Benteke shortly before scoring the winner.

Richard Stearman starting for Wolves tonight against Crawley. Ironic when you think about it that the 3 players that left us when we got relegated Richard Stearman, Iain Hume and Gareth McAuley would all expected Hume and Stearman to push on and McAuley to go backwards and its worked out the other way. Stearman and Hume are in League 1 and McAuley is first choice in a very decent West Brom side

I always rated McAuley. I'd have expected McAuley and Steadman to do well but not Hume and, in fairness, the two defenders have both played at in the top flight but Hume hasn't.

Our defence the year we were relegated to League One was awesome. We were just rubbish everywhere else.

I rated Hume when he was here. He lacked decent service and decent partners to play alongside. Had he spent a season in League 1 alongside Steve Howard instead of Matty Fryatt who knows where each of them would be now

Fryatt is in the prem (More fortune then anything) and Hume is in League 1 (Despite winning the divison last year)

Hume was very industrious which made him popular with fans, but he lacked ability and his finishing wasn't the best. I found him incredibly frustrating and was actually glad when he left because of that reason, although players like Beckford could learn about endeavour from him.
