Have they ? They've made it clear that Boro haven't bid enough to get their man. However, if Boro are serious in saying this is their final offer then we'll soon find out one way or the other.
Personally I'm quite happy for the club to keep stringing Boro along by rejecting offer after offer without saying he's not for sale. The uncertainty is not good for Leeds fans but why make it easy for Boro ? It's not up to us to make other club's preparation for the season any easier. Let's hope after wasting their time trying to get Ross they are scrambling about for a striker on the last day of the window.

How long does it take to do the paper work to put your house up for sale? More than a few days I'd imagine?

I've a bad feeling about this. Claims borough have offered him 20k a week. If true just goes to show how worthless contracts are. I'd say a couple of days to prepare details, measurements, photo's and floorplans. Draft details to be sent to client for their approval, and when details are approved another 12 hours for rightmove to synchranise with the restate agents system.
Ross would have probably have got 3 or 4 valuations over a couple of days, then made up their mind which agent they wanted to use.
Needless to say this would have been going on for a week
