According to Teamtalk boro have made a fourth bid of 2m and want an answer before weekend. I actually hope Ross picks up a minorish injury in training today to finally scupper the deal
No need Eire, will get rejected anyway. Think the club has made it clear they aren't willing to sell.
Have they ? They've made it clear that Boro haven't bid enough to get their man. However, if Boro are serious in saying this is their final offer then we'll soon find out one way or the other. Personally I'm quite happy for the club to keep stringing Boro along by rejecting offer after offer without saying he's not for sale. The uncertainty is not good for Leeds fans but why make it easy for Boro ? It's not up to us to make other club's preparation for the season any easier. Let's hope after wasting their time trying to get Ross they are scrambling about for a striker on the last day of the window.
The house is for sale. But word is he is moving in the area . Don't think that means much either way. Bardsey to Middlesbrough less than one hour, still think he will sign the new deal.
How long does it take to do the paper work to put your house up for sale? More than a few days I'd imagine?
mSaw Peltier last yearl looking at a a house in our street at least a month before he signed for us and told Aide about it.Popey never came back to me yesterday so there is no news on why MAC is selling his home
I've a bad feeling about this. Claims borough have offered him 20k a week. If true just goes to show how worthless contracts are. He has two years remaining and yet boro can talk to him behind the scenes. I'm not expecting much from Ross at Ipswich if he plays at all, if all this is actually going on
I'd say a couple of days to prepare details, measurements, photo's and floorplans. Draft details to be sent to client for their approval, and when details are approved another 12 hours for rightmove to synchranise with the restate agents system. Ross would have probably have got 3 or 4 valuations over a couple of days, then made up their mind which agent they wanted to use. Needless to say this would have been going on for a week
By the time Rosco has had 3 or 4 valuations, received the valuation letters, arrange for the selected agent to go through paperwork, take all details, get them approved, and get the property on the market, would take about a week pal
