To be fair to Wilts, I think all the unnecessary aggression shown by a couple of Sunderland posters has got his back up. But nothing was said to initiate the over the top rants from PDC.
No, that's not it. It's the fact that you consider yourself to be some sort of King amongst North East folk. Consider the fact that you run your Dad's security company on a par with running Google, Microsoft or Apple. The fact that you offer to fight everybody on the board. The fact that you call everybody little. The fact that you're ginger. The fact that your grasp of the English language is worse than a brain damaged goats. It's more that sort of thing.
Well this turned into an unnecessary stick measuring contest, fuelled further by a mod who should know a lot better. I think it's fair to say that being saints fans we know a great deal more about our clubs situation than some casual news reads from other clubs. Obviously most clubs are quite envious of our situation due to our ownership and the sudden rise from the ashes of our administration. Pretty obvious that most clubs would love to have Osvaldo, let alone Sunderland. Not sure how someone like PDC has been made a mod on the evidence of this thread. Unnecessary childish insults to people who had not even sort to rile any sort of reaction from you guys. Sad really. Looking forward to seeing Osvaldo in action Saturday, not sure you guys will be though.
110% correct !!! ....its all banter , think we need a southampton -sunderland cuddle or something haha ! ......I think southampton are bigger and better than sunderland , sunderland fans think the reverse and thats fine !............dont need other saints apologising for me when i joined the convo well into a heated debate involving other saints too ! anyway ....lets all be friends
I don't know how you're justifying the "bigger" bit. Yeah, our last season was a bit better than theirs, and I reckon we'll do better this season as well, but they've got more fans and they've got more past success (even if most of it was like 100 years ago).
like i said my opinion so no need to dissect everything , I agree with you yes but to be fair bradford city were bigger than us at one stage and thats not helping them much now so history doesnt mean too much to me its where we are now that I care about .... and ive been around similar time to you so yes ive been around .
Not quite sure where you're getting off on this, but it's a little bit embarrassing for the rest of us Saints fans. Willy-waving with regard to "bigger clubs" is spectacularly tedious at the best of times, but particularly with a club with the tradition, fanbase and history of Sunderland. We signed a cracking player today and signs are we're in for a good season. Let's just be happy with that, enjoy it, and get back to our respective boards.....please.
