Depends how good Capaldi's English accent is. If he is Doctor Who, he may find it easier to use his own accent.

Yep like that,made me laugh.

 

To get me to watch Doctor Who again they need to sort out the actual episodes. They have gone become **** and boring lately.

 

Latest episodes did go off a bit...perhaps just a bad patch.

 

Yeah the cast isn't the problem, Matt Smith and both Karen Gillan and Jenna-Louise Coleman are really good but the episodes are ****.

 

I liked Doctor Who when Tennant was the Doctor. The episodes were really good then.

 

Same here, the latest ones make me think a few people have been snorting a few too many lines.

 

Tennant (who is a very good actor) revealed the inner anguish of someone who loses everyone they care about eventually. I did like Matt Smith, but he has been let down by the writing in recent episodes.

 

What if the new Doctor was from Northern Ireland, and sorted out the galaxy with a copy of the Good Friday Agreement instead of his sonic screwdriver?

If the team list is anything to go on (?) he was playing CM. What was noticeable is that they started with all youngsters. Had to get result from BHA site...bit slow on SFC twitter (which is strange as it is an instant means of communication).

 

Greetings from Mallorca where it is hot!! 32+ everyday and likely to stay that way into September!! I'm here until early September looking after my friend's two dogs while she has gone on safari!! However, she has done something very decent as she has arranged for a Russian lady to stayin the apartment!! She arrives on Thursday and is staying a week!! Hope the weather is good back home!! Looking forward to the World Athletics Championships although saddened with the absence of Tyson Gay for doping but there will be many other athletes to admire. Would love the USA to unearth someone young to challenge Bolt!!!
