No but he might have got a call from a buddy in the media who knew the source of the leak was from Suarez or his agent themselves and was worth a punt. Who knows, i'm just saying, having no proof how he found out doesnt equate to him being involved in dodgey dealings.
I'm going to back track a little here because my original point was that no manager should know the details of a release clause.
The only reason I am back tracking is because I don't actually care if underhand tactics have taken place or not, it happens all the time and will continue to happen no matter what we discuss
