Its a bit harsh considering one of their players is on the bottom line. Downy still plays for them right?

Also, this list would imply it's okay to harass players for being ginger, German, French, Welsh...

Indeed. For example, I note that the term "sheep-shagger" is missing from that list.

Obviously, calling a Taffy-type "sheep-shagger" is not considered offensive at LFC.

Spurf and Spurm make the same excellent point.

Mind you, I'm not sure the Mousers could actually outlaw cockney rhyming slang. That, in itself, would be discriminatory against cockneys.

Can't say cockney, that discriminates against people with a funny walk.

Slightly off topic but has anyone tried the cockney option on some cash machines around london? I want to but i'm scared i'll accidentally bankrupt myself getting a horse when i wanted a pony or that i'll pick the option for whatever the cockney for "swallow my card" is.

"Don't be a woman"? Jeez, we'll have permo-silence across the nation if we carry on like this.

Not quite. I see that things like " ****ing useless twat." And " useless ****ing donkey, my missus could have put that away" are seemingly still allowed

I know what you mean.

I'm always getting confused between a monkey and a pony. An American friend of mine couldn't understand why I should be unable to tell the difference between a monkey and a pony, and my explanation to him that it was due to the fact that I grew up in North London and not the Eastend didn't seem to elucidate an answer for him.

The term "big girl's blouse" is missing, too. As in: "Hey, Downing! Call that a cross, you big girl's blouse!"

I would have thought that that could be viewed as being slightly offensive?
