On this Day in 1966,England won the world cup,Beating West Germany 4-2 aet,with Geoff Hurst scoring a hat-trick,i say if Greavsie had played,we would'nt have needed extra time!

Also, they didn't even have colour tv so i doubt the possibilities of such a thing crossed anyones minds

The look on his face during the anthems indicated one of three things:
1.) He knew he was in for a long night
2.) The two had been bickering since they got to the stadium
3.) He'd just had to put up with some remarkably loud booing from the bloke sat next to him when Deutschlandlied was played
