To be fair to Pool, Suarez leaving them for a PL competitor would be 10 x worse than what RVP did to us. LFC and their fans have stood behind & defended Suarez through some very rough times. RVP wasn't expected to last half a season before getting injured and his age sort of helped ease the pain a bit.
They did support him, but I'm not sure that was what he needed. With the Evra case, I think a little bit of stern advice would have gone further than blind support.
Liverpool seem to get themselves into these messes a lot. Xabi Alonso got very unhappy with the club at one point too. It will be interesting to see how this works itself out, but I'm not terribly bothered, I want to see us reinforce Midfield and Defense mainly. Right now a lot of players have to fail before we have a problem scoring goals.
settle down pal, you made a financial loss, big deal, it happens to clubs, you can bull **** about trying to be technical all you want, the simple fact is you spent more money that you make. You might turn it around next year, then again you might not.
