Have you ever been to Suomi ?What's Finland got to do with South Wales? All i did was name the nicest place i could think of.
Have you ever been to Suomi ?
No, but any country where you can drink all day and have cold weather is heaven in my eyes.
It's the use of the word "expect" that worries me.Jeremy Wilson ‏@JWTelegraph
Arsenal expect Luis Suarez to tell Liverpool today that he wants to leave and join them #afc #lfc
It's the use of the word "expect" that worries me.
I think we're going have to wait now for any substantial news.I doubt anything will happen until both clubs return from the far-east

I genuinely don't think Madrid are interested in him, they look like they are serious about Bale, you can see from AVB's recent pressers that he is agitated by their interest.
I also don't think they would outbid us for Suarez so it is a matter of whether or not LFC's money hungry Americans would be willing to take a hit or not financially.
Why do you assume them to be "money hungry Americans" ?I genuinely don't think Madrid are interested in him, they look like they are serious about Bale, you can see from AVB's recent pressers that he is agitated by their interest.

are top of their league this seasonWhy do you assume them to be "money hungry Americans" ?
In all fairness John Henry has a good record with his sport's teams. He broke "the curse of the babe" and the Red Soxare top of their league this season
Ok lets get something clear, is the £40m the buy out clause for Saurez? So we've bidded £40m and if Suarez agrees, we can buy him? What is all this Liverpool want more money? This is really unclear.

Because they don't have a bottomless pit of oil and like any other owner of a football club, the long term objective is to make profits.
The main issue that stands in the way of the Suarez transfer is that we are dealing with a Club who value Andy Carroll at £35 Million, Downing at £25 Million, Torres at £50 Million.
They are completely out of touch with reality.
Way to pick and choose which bits to take note of
Now, have a look at Liverpool's side of the story. If you can figure all out then feel free to enlighten us all![]()
Pick and chosose what? I'm just mentioning what is said in the media. If you know what is in the contract then do clarify.

Asked if there would be a cut-off point for the Reds to even consider offers, Rodgers said: “Yes and that period will come soon.”

Oh yes, my "If you can figure all out then feel free to enlighten us all" would suggest I know what is in the contract
You put the spin on it that Liverpool are in the wrong by questioning why we are asking for more, completely ignoring the fact that it could well be Suarez and his agent that is wrong and we have every right to ask for what we think he is worth.
I have no idea who is right or wrong. What I do know is we will find out by 1 September![]()
