We always knew that VT's money was by way of loan and would only be capitalised once the Langston debt was resolved. Why should he move his loans into shares and put himself in a potentially weaker position than Langston? I won't even try to explain the economic rationale behind that to swans-m. It would be a waste of time.
That is where the numbskull's lack of understanding of English comes into play. We always understood VT's position and it has been commented to death in many previous threads. With the amount of time the alien poster spends on here you would have thought he might have read that previously and possibly understood what he was reading.
