It was well reported at the time about Fabregas sulking to push forward his move. It's funny how people believe/disbelieve media reports when it suits them.If you believe Fabregas's behaviour was acceptable prior to his departure then that's up to you.I think his behaviour ****ing stunk. We'll just have to agree to disagree. It's pointless filling up this thread with posts about an ex-player who made the choice to leave AFC
First of all, I never once stated what I thought of his behavior or whether is is acceptable or not, so to say it suits me when you don't know my opinion is just wrong. Secondly, you couldn't be more ironic if you tried. I was simply going by what you seem to say on a regular basis on here, and that is that all these journos and ITKs haven't a ****ing clue. But funnily enough, when you are asked to back up your opinions with proof, you go running to them as your source. You love a good contradiction
I do talk to a lot of Arsenal fans (as I'm sure you do) and while I cant say you are the only one that thought Cesc was a bit off when he left, I have to say the majority of my circle don't feel he behaved that badly, or wouldn't welcome him back.
More speculation and still no concrete leads. Higuain close to a move to Napoli but "waiting" for us to up our bid. Suarez apparently "waiting" for us to bid up so that we can buy him. So far both are less likely to come to us than they were a week ago. Liverpool do not really want to sell him to us but it all depends on Suarez's reaction. There seems to be too many variables seemingly out of our control.
Lots of Luis Gustavo rumours flying about. Personally i think Bayern would be insaine to sell him but then they spent ALOT of money on Hernandes so who knows? Gustavo needs to be first choice he's FAR too good to be sitting on the bench.
Indeed, I'm starting to think we are going to get the old "Nobody was available" excuse.. either that or Diaby will be "like a new signing".
I doubt very much if the club will announce anything regarding transfers until they return from Japan
Just in my office floor I have 7 Gooners including myself, of which 4 have season tickets. All of them aren't happy at the way things are going.
There's no way we'll match what Napoli have offered for Higuain and Suarez is still a waste of time. Lets hope we can at least get a DM in...
probably a lot wont agree but I rather get a world class DM than a world class CF. This will allow us to win ball higher up the park and keep the pressure on the opponent (which will lead to more goals). Plus podolski and giroud will have their 2nd season in PL.
Think it would be best for everyone. We're getting so worked up and the season proper hasn't even started
This is him being quoted, it doesn't say Napoli haven't put a bid in for him, but that it isn't a done deal. If Napoli didn't contact them then he would have said so straight out. http://www.goal.com/en/news/11/tran...34325/ancelotti-denies-higuain-to-napoli-deal Reports last weekend suggested Higuain was close to a switch to the Serie A side, but Ancelotti has insisted the transfer is by no means a done deal and reiterated his desire to keep the striker in the Spanish capital. "Higuain to Napoli a done deal? Not true, I don't have any news about this," Ancelotti told reporters after his side's 6-0 friendly win over Bournemouth. "We still have to speak about Higuain as a Real Madrid player at this point. "I spoke to him this week. He is a Real Madrid player and until we have news we have to consider him as a Real Madrid player and I would like him to stay with us. "He is very important to us and nothing else, it is not my business to judge the price of a player."
