Liverpool striker Luis Suarez, 26, is ready to break his promise that he would not leave the Reds for another Premier League club and join Arsenal. http://www.mirror.co.uk/sport/football/transfer-news/arsenal-transfers-luis-suarez-ready-2067746
I've said it before, writers are paid to write. So, if nothing is happening the only way the vultures can put food in the baby vultures' mouths is to make it up or rework some old stuff.
Can't get the vision out of my head now of Lawton, Samuel, Holt and King as those four vultures in the Jungle Book. "What are we gonna do now?" "let's write about Suarez". "Ahhhh, not again, we did that every day this week"....
At least Phil McNulty has shut up. He only writes about Man Utd and some weeks ago he wrote how impressive Moyes was over Rooney. He has been too embarassed to show his face after that drivel.
Do you think Moyes made that comment about Rooney without having realised the effect? haha, he's merely carrying on the forcing out of poor little Wayne, that SAF started in May when he told the live TV audience that he'd left him out as he'd asked for a move away (which Rooney fiercely denies) This is a game, a game in which the desired outcome is that he hands in formal transfer request, thus saving United 2 further massive 'loyalty' payments that form part of his contract. Either way, Rooney played has played his last game for United.
in short yes tobes... moyes ****ed himself in the ass.... no matter if he wanted to get shut or wanted to put rooney in his place he looks ham fisted and already mourinho is totally in control of the mind games and looks the big dog. it matters little what ferguson dropped him in or what rooney did saying it how he said it makes him sounds like a one trick pony.
The dynamic with Mourinho is a different issue, Moyes will never get the upper hand in that battle, as even Ferguson struggled in that regard. My point was merely around the situation with Rooney himself, in particular with the comment he made around RvP. Anyone who thinks that was merely a faux pas & not a deliberate comment intended to annoy the player & thus force his hand, is naive in the extreme.
I do wonder sometimes what the exact criteria at the BBC are when they are appointing people to these roles. I'm an F1 fan and Andrew Benson, their head F1 writer, is similarly absolutely dire, just cringeworthily bad.
He's arrived in Australia. Been told he's staying and might be signing a new contrct with a top 4 specific release clause in it. Basically, he will get another pay rise and if we don't get top 4 this season he can go to whoever he wants ffor a reasonable fee. he will not be allowed to sign for Arsenal under any circumstances I'm told and we won't even listen to any offer under £45m (and the 45m can't include "add-ons"). Real Madrid are waiting for the oppotune moment to pounce but we won't bow to them like in the past.
Liverpool boss Rodgers looking forward to showdown talks with Suarez in Australia http://www.dailymail.co.uk/sport/fo...ard-showdown-talks-Luis-Suarez-Australia.html
Flog Luis Suarez and unleash Daniel Sturrdige says Liverpool legend Bruce Grobbelaar http://www.scottishdailystar.co.uk/...rrdige-says-Liverpool-legend-Bruce-Grobbelaar
Can I ask where this information is coming from? At this stage I don't think anyone other than the main men involved would know anything like what you claim? But I'll happily be proved wrong.
I hope we don't put in a top4 release clause along with another pay rise - it basically amounts to a gamble of getting top 4 this season with Luis, and if we fail, then he walks away for peanuts.
