Can I ask why everyone is so pesimistic and negative? We have done Amazing in the transfer window so far! Far more so than I expected, anything else is a bonus.
We've done great, but there are still area's which are of a concern, we're short up front and then in the midfield we lack a certain type of player, also I can be unsure of the backup at times, however that's just my opinion I'm not at the training ground and seeing how the squad is progressing, it's early days though still and I think there will be more players to come.

I think that's a reasonable offer for a 30 year old player, anything higher and they would be daft. He is after all in the twilight of his career.

There must be better & younger strikers about for less than £12m surely? That's a huge amount for a 30 yr old IMO .
