Well we are still after a striker so Pochettino thinks different.
I definitely think we'll still want a striker. We really do need one, as it is Rickie or no one up front. I know there is Mayuka and J Rod, but they can't do the things that Lambert can, so we need a like for like replacement.
I read somewhere over the weekend that the Banega move should be completed by Wednesday. His arrival would move our progress forward by a huge step (even though he has quite short legs!).
If this move comes off alone it's a huge sign of ambition. If we get a top striker too I'll have to find my workshop pair of tweezers, so that I can pinch my arm to wait myself up. I mean, it's ridiculous. Saints are two or three quality players away from being a really, really good side in this division.
