Stand under a tepid/warm shower to get that inner glow reduced. It'll make you feel much more comfortable. Next time, suntan cream perhaps..?

Yeah I've been sat in a cold bath all day . I've learnt my lesson, lots of sun cream next time!

Yeah I saqw that on Twitter this morning. It's rather sad, and he was one of the better characters. What's even more sad is that he was due to marry the woman who plays Rachel in real life in just two weeks. How awful.
