I'm not in denial, I am however an escapee so please keep my identity a secret or the men in white coats will be here fast.
 
I hope this is true about the medical. This was mentioned on fansonline on Saturday, where the poster said his "mate" was having a drink with Cody at Witham cricket on Saturday, and that is what Cody told him. Its also rumoured that he's been offered 4500k a week by us ,as a championship club has been looking to move on him. Don't know if any of it is true.
 
Can we all stop this obsession with cody its all we ever talk about on here now it seems. If the guy comes he comes if not then fair enough lets just give it a break please.

All part of the madness of summer with no football! Just enjoy it - no one really knows anything until the offical announcements - MA is sure to have a few surprises for us yet - maybe CMD maybe not

Just had an EW bet with SkyBet for Cody to finish as top scorer in League 1 at 25-1. TBH, the one that I think could beat him is Griffiths at Wolves, but I'm not sure they will be able to hang on to him, and if he goes before August Cody's price will drop.

KJ has already come out and said he wants to keep Griffiths and that he is part of his plans. Donaldson from Crewe, Clarke from Coventry and Brandy at Sheffield United are probably the other contenders there.
 
I'm disregarding Coventry because of their on going problems. I think they may finish near the bottom,and they've got no money to buy decent players. I'm not sure that Brandy will be prolific,as he seems to me to be more of a provider than a scorer. Jackett may want to keep Griffiths, but it seems as if bigger clubs in the championship may fancy him and Wolves may not turn a decent bid down. Donaldson is obviously likely to be amongst the goals, but I'm banking on Cody to score more that him,and at 25-1, Cody seems to me a good bet. We will see.
 
I could see Will Grigg being the top scorer next season.
Personally I think it is between Grigg, Donaldson, Sam Baldock and Leigh Griffiths.

However Cody may be on the list somewhere and I think he is worth the bet.

I think as an outsider Max Clayton would also be a good bet.
 
Pope was a one season wonder. Never done much before last season and Hughes will probably get more than him
