Martin and Marcus are twins and both play for Blackburn at LB and LW! I wouldn't have believed it until I read it on Wiki! It shouldn't be too great a problem for them to let Martin leave for CR then!
Sorry if old news. I saw sky sports mentioned a 4m move for Hooper from QPR too. Usual response from Celtic.
Would Hooper join QPR though? They may pay well but they are a complete basket case of a club. He' ll be ours soon! Bah!
Watched Hooper today on a stream in a friendly, looked poor. Has to be said though, that Celtic were woeful, 72 minutes before a meaningful shot on goal.
BBC Gossip today: "Norwich City want to sign Manchester United midfielder Nick Powell, 19, on loan" (from The Sun). Have we had this one before?
And Sky Sports are now running the Alderweirald rumour. Where do they get this stuff from? "Reporters"?
I would be happy to take Powell on a season loan, wouldn't take up a squad spot and he is a very good player.
Alderweirald is surely too good a player to really come to us (yes, as is RvW, I know), and he wouldn't be cheap in a position we don't really need to strengthen so much. At the right price I certainly wouldn't say no!
FourFourTweet ‏@FourFourTweet Norwich star Daniel Ayala is being eyed by Middlesbrough to boost their defence, according to The Sun
@Cromercanary Are you collecting for charity, sponsored at £1 per NCFC rumour post? Either that or dave has promised you a malt if you can get to 5000 posts before the transfer window shuts!
Yes, I suppose it does seem like that. I just report every single whisper I see on twitter in case there's any foundation or substance to them. It keeps me off the streets/beach/salt marshes, etc
That McNally post was a couple of days ago. I do fear we maybe on the verge of losing both Holt and Ruddy and I don't care what hughton or McNally says. DM has BS before, and wouldn't put it past him to do it again...
Well, you are certainly assiduous. They could do with you at the government's monitoring service headquarters in Cheltenham!
I can't believe you'd let Holt go, I thought he'd have a job for life with you guys. Just as Lambo does with us.
Not sure I really believe it, but if there's a deal that works for everyone he moves closer to his family, we get a good fee them he goes with our thanks and wouldn't need to get his wallet out in any pub in Norfolk when he comes back to visit.
Well if it was a choice of losing either Holt or Ruddy I'm afraid it would be 'thanks for the memories Holty' from me
