Sounds like the dream of seeing Aubameyang in the EPL is going to be shattered by Dortmund. He'll be good there.

Also Sunderland are supposedly talking to Jozy Altidore.

I'd quite like to see Altidore have another shot at the prem. I didn't even think he was that bad during his cameo, and he's improved a lot since then

And L'Equipe are reporting that Younes Belhanda wants to leave Dynamo Kiev, two days after signing for them. Funny. http://www.lequipe.fr/Football/Actualites/Belhanda-ne-veut-plus-aller-a-kiev/383014

Yeah, good move for him, if he went to Newcastle I would have been sad forever thinking that he should have been ours.

Muniesa is an interesting enough signing, good record but he has quite a long way to go. Stoke and Sunderland both seem to be making a lot of changes, so I am not really sure whether they will end up battling for top half or 17th. On a related subject with Forren, Lovren and Yoshida we've got three pretty young first team centre backs, exciting stuff.

Sunderland is on track to sign an entirely new 25 man squad...have no idea how well it will work for them, but I'm glad that they're the second team on our fixtures list, because they won't even know each other's names by then.

Has Forren done something recently? He seems to have gone from "clearly not good enough" to being part of a strong CB line up.

Can't be arsed to join Twitter and follow him to see his tweets...what's he saying?

Can't copy and paste as i'm on my phone. He's saying Cortese made a big fuss about wanting to be in control of the cheque book but hasn't achieved anything.

Rather odd complaint, that, if he's referencing achievements in the transfer market. It's fairly clear that Cortese intends to spend, and when all is said and done I'd imagine that the transfer budget he fought for will be allocated. It's not happening as quickly as desired, but it will happen.

What a stupid thing for him to be saying. I have no doubt he has about as little information as us as to what's *actually* saying. Cutting noses and spiting faces.....
