Jeez, that's a come down for an ex-England manager. Unless there's succession planning involved?

It is now official, been confirmed in the last 5 minutes. Could be some succession planning here, as I don't think Harry has the appetite for the slog of a season in the Championship.

Only a short term contract too though, so it could just be McClaren trying to shop window himself due to his negative rep in England after the brolly debacle, his 'Dutch accent' debacle, etc, etc, etc

After all he got beaten out by Coyle for the Wigan job so he's probably well aware he needs some positive press, and if he can take some of 'Arrys shine from the media it will help him out no end

Well if he applied for the Wigan job and now he's at QPR, then he must like working for people with big mouths, as Dave Whelan seems to be yapping to the media almost as often as Redknapp does.

Chamakh you mean, what a bum deal he is, couldn't even get a game in the West Ham side on loan <yikes>, I distinctly remember posters gutted we didn't sign him, not sure if it was old beeb or here though.

No, I know what Chamakh is thinking. - "****... Brylcreem is almost gone. Better go to Tesco and pick up another 4 tubs to last me the rest of the week."

Just be thankful the rumours linking him to us seem to have gone away.

Arsenal will never pay his wages. Could they be the recipients of City's charity this time, bet they won't moan like they did with Ade.
