Graham Hunter seems to think its definitely Madrid holding things up, still trying to use Higuain to get Bale

Could be right, they were last trying to flog Angel Di Maria to Spurs too. Madrid need to stop as I can't see Bale leaving this season. He'll give them another year and then go.

Juventus unveil Tevez after just a couple of days of negotiation.

Unsuprisingly we are still ongoing with Higuain. Regardless of the situation surrounding this particular transfer this happens too often. It seems we are almost incapable of landing out top transfer targets anymore.

What happens when City or Chelsea fail in their attempts to land Cavani or Falcao?.. well Higuian may be next on their list and they wont procrastinate, they will be direct and efficient.

If we dont wrap this up quick we will loose out.... again.

The problem with Higuain is because Real Madrid susposedly wouldn't deal with us until a new coach had been appointed. The rumours about Higuain being used as bait for Bale have now surfaced. If these rumours are true I don't think it is fair to blame Arsenal.
On the subject of Higuain going to Tottenham, who's to say he wants to go to Spurs and also he may want to join a club playing in the CL

According to Graham Hunter, Higuain WILL leave Madrid. He will NOT go to Sp*rs. No CL.

<whistle>.

Hunter isn't generally too bad with his Spanish rumours, certainly more reliable than Balague

Why are we so bloody scared of others? We have over £70m available in funds and hugely lightened our wage bill, thus allowing us to pay well to incoming star players? Even with Man City and Chelsea, we should be able to buy at least 2-3 top quality players.
