I wouldn't mind that in red without the white 'V' down the front. Red shorts, red socks. Very Liverpool, but would look quite classy, unlike the touted red strip with silly white armbands

Yeah, I don't really understand those white bands. Think there's a chance the away may use the Spain style V, but not sure.

My real problem with the leaked picture is that it is effectively the Bristol city kit. This is pretty sad. You have to go back 37 years before you find a saints kit that was NOT unique to this club. That, for me is the disgrace of it.

Tomorrow will either confirm my disappointment or will confirm that someone at the club has a pretty sick sense of humour to wind us all up like this.

The away kit would be okay if not for the awful, awful false v-neck. The home kit, to my relief, is merely extremely bland in practice rather than being outright painful.
 
Both even worse than I feared.

Might be the lighting, but its a "washed out" red as well.

£50 for a £5 bit of polyester, made in a sweat shop and from a template used by dozens of other clubs. Wonderful.
