Well it's rather insignificant since a man is dead but still, the Patriots are looking in really bad shape. Not as bad as Hernandez himself though, although I fear as Fran said that he'll be able to get off scot free or with a misdemeanor because of various technicalities and scape goats his megabucks lawyers will find.
I actually doubt it. If he was able to get away with it, then his representatives would never have let it get this far - release, photographs in handcuffs etc. His guys have given up on him. Not a good sign.
Don't have the same rules in America...they do a lot of things that we don't allow once a case is sub judice. Doubt his defence or reps could stop damning photographs.
Agencies would go a long way to stop incriminating photographs if they feel it's worth protecting their client. Not only his agents, but lawyers too.
Sharapova is on the brink with injury and could yet pull out too. It's going to ruin the competition!
