    http://tyneandwear.sky.com/newcastl...near-invited-to-attend-newcastle-fans-meeting

Anyone attending? I'd love to see Joe rock up. I can see the morning papers now:

"Kinnear rolls around floor scrapping with fan after fan suggested he was stir crazy and had told a few porkies"

Quote from Joe - "****ing bastard ****er called me Nicholas Sarkozy and porky. I''m not having that. I might be a lot of things but I am not a pongy frenchman or fat. I've been dieting and I hate the french."

When it was suggested to Kinnear that this was not really the most diplomatic comment to make given the make up of his squad, he continued "Why? Yohan Kebab is turkish so he won't give a ****. Matty Thedutchy - clues in the ****ing name. Yangalangadingdong and Sissygirl are african. Massimo Hai - half italian/half japanese. Ben Afro is from the US. Obertan is from Mars. Aflie Tano is a London boy born in Brantanos. Goofy was born in Disney World - every ****er knows that. So who exactly have I upset. Marveaux? He's ****e and is clearly sleeping with that fat useless ****er in the physio team. At least get your facts straight before you insult my superior intelligence."

I applaud the effort here but it is a new organisation (backed by Steve Wraith?) and they will probably end up with the team lady ans kit man as the 'club representatives'.
I hope I'm wrong but I can't see much end product from a meeting like this.

I can't see why they think Joe might rock up. He reports to Mike ashley not the fans. I'm sure some might think "we should be the ones they all answer to as we pay their wages etc" but the reality is very different. same for any club representative.

Pfft. If he doesn't turn up to some random fan-led shindig at the Labour Club it's just another insult to our glorious football club. The very least that needs to happen is he needs to bring 3 cases of Broon and sing Blaydon Races, word for word, whilst distributing the goods. And if he hasn't yet learned the proper way to say "howay, man, pet, man" then I'll personally never buy another thing from SportsDirect. Until at least I need a new pair of boots. Or golf club.

I think Steve Wraith and his partner were the ones that first started to organise the Speak Ins.

I know they go to the away games because I've travelled on the same coach as them before.

I note Kinnear has stated he cannot attend the meeting. Instead he has sent a representative who will read a statement.
Lets hope that is because he is out finalising some signings...
Eitherway, I am sure that will not placate the baying crowd.

Apparently the most popular question so far is "Why did Mike Ashley buy the club? I just can't fathom it" while Steve Wraith has chipped in with "Ashley is making our lives a misery".

The club representatives are scribbling furiously.

The local papers are both going to write an article although how factual the account will be is anyone's guess.

I will keep this updated as and when the details are released.

All the questions are based on how and whys...

That said a big round of applause for the point - "Nothing will ever get sorted if PR isn't sorted".

Another theme follows the 'what / are' line: "What direction is the club taking? Are they happy just collecting the TV money?"

    No answers yet ...

More anger towards Ashley and Kinnear... and why Kinnear was appointed in the first place.

Graeme from the 'Mike Ashley Out Campaign (MAOC)' has calling for solidarity. He stated that "he is not asking everyone to boycott the club but there are things everyone can do".

Anger is apparently rising at the meeting as well as on twitter: "Q for anyone at the meeting, are NUFC officials (Wendy, Lee) answering questions or just watching fans argue amongst themselves?"; "Sad to say no progress is being made here; pointless having club goons present. Get this bastard meeting on national TV!!".

Steve Wraith's response was "its hard tweeting and facebooking." LOL, well done Steve...

The best speech seems (for a well argued point) seems to have come from MAOC: To Ashley ""get out you're times up".

    More applause.

Eddie McIntyre takes the floor with a personal message to the meeting from Joe Kinnear (a brave bloke).

Best Twitter joke so far - "Kinnear's only set that bloke cos he would of addressed everyone as Mackems by mistake."

The excuse for non-attendance is ... "Why isn't he here? Because he is with Graham Carr..." (Predicable - probably said by McIntyre so he gets out alive.

For more details ""I spoke to him this morning, he was waiting to be picked up by Graham Carr. They were having a business lunch which will go on tomorrow."

Discontent now among the ranks ... a heckler has apparently been put in his place: "This has become a national thing. You've got an MP raising it in the House of Commons!" By the nature of the crowd the heckler could have been shot.

    More quotes regarding Kinnear:

"Joe regrets what happened. He will be here in the future. You're all talking about someone you don't know."

Question from the floor: "Is Kinnear fit for this?" Eddie Mac: "I do. He's 66 years old, he's had a triple heart bypass."

If he turns up to the next meeting he will be dead before he takes his coat off.

There has now been a questions about Wimbledon ... FFS ... meeting derailed.

Meanwhile, back to reality, Steve Wraith is getting a torrent of abuse online.

From someone on the floor: "Same old. Get together, shout at each other, club officials 'observing' only".

Maybe Eddie Mac has been filled in but ... a common tweet has emerged: "That was massively embarrassing, club employees sat and watched that. He put himself in that position, but didn't deserve that."

    God knows what has happened.

The most militant idea "is for fans stayed out if seats for first 10 minutes of a game..." just pissing in the wind*.

    * You can also tell the level of inebriation by the shocking grammar.

For those concerned about McIntyre's safety the rumour is he infiltrate the Chelsea headhunters!
No wonder Kinnear sent him. He's obviously nails.

Right, final update is ... "Meeting descended into nonsense. Fans expecting something from the club, after that not sure they'll come back. Sad."

To summarize it appears the inevitable happened. A platform for constructive conversation was setup: A chance squandered.

    The common themes were:
"The meeting was ruined by those that think shouting is the answer". @nufcsince1892
"The meeting was hijacked by a load of mindless knobs". @MartinJohnson10
@dmw1974 questions if "Eddie McIntyre [has] gone undercover with the Gremlins? Is he fighting the 'Sunburnt Casualties' on the Shields ferry?"

"Maybe next time people can COMMUNICATE and LISTEN and keep some dignity for #nufc fans if there's any left" @nufcsince1892: Well said but on the face of it, unlikely... <steam>

It's a good idea IMO to get some communication going, if that actually can happen. I don't blame Kinnear for opting out of this one. He's 66 with heart disease! They'd need someone to give him mouth to mouth, and an ambulance outside.

The future looks increasingly uncertain and as the recluse hasn't even got his casino spiv as the working CEO in the building I can't see where any progress towards the start of the new season is going to orchestrated from.

I see unrest on the terraces like the fat one hasn't witnessed yet...

Of course it is !! 99% of football fans are all idiots! simple as that really.

Just pay your money and shut the **** up or don't go.

It's not rocket science is it? all these arseholes need to do is not bother with NUFC at all and things would change but all the morons will do is start with the idiotic I'll always support the team ****e and think they make a difference. They don't make a difference at all they just allow clever rich people to laugh at them.

they are worse than arseholes!!!! why? because an arsehole serves a purpose.
