exactly .. the whole idea of mutual consent, is that so an employee has no entitlement to claim unfair dismissal .. so they give the managers some money to shut up and leave nicely instead of paying the whole remaining contract ..

I think its ****ing funny, the denial Chelsea fans are in, RA sacked every manager after Jose but he didnt sack Jose? Yeah riiiight

They all went in the same manner, with a nice payoff but for some reason the others were sacked and only Jose left.

Jose isn't even saying Mutual consent, he is saying "He" left Chelsea, and if that were true he would not have gotten a penny. It would have been him paying Roman a few bob

No matter what logic you use, they resort to, "Show us the proof" and believe Jose's statements when the guy is a proven liar and malcontent.

He has not changed, Roman has not changed, it does not bode well for a healthy working environment. Rafa said RA rules the club in a way no owner should, so lets see how this all unfolds, I can't see him being there any longer than he was last time tbh

I am happy he's back though as long as he doesn't start making up lies about managers visiting refs in their dressing rooms and the like again.

He managed to turn everyone against him at Madrid.

why wouldn't he say that? Not exactly an abnormal thing to say, he wasn't sacked, neither the club nor him said it. I don't know why this bothers you lot so much.

Sacking = Termination of contract against the will of the employee
Mutual Consent = Termination of contract due to agreement between employee and employer

In leymans terms....

Sacking = When you don't want to leave
Mutual Consent = When you want to leave

Sackings are far more acrimonious, can go as far as court due to claims of unfair dismissal (just about the only bit of sense Shwan has written in his life).

Jose's situation was pretty much the same as it was at Madrid, jump or be pushed.

Think about it. Jose is unhappy, Roman is unhappy. Jose is a fan favourite. If he walks out on Chelsea (and the fans) he's the villain, if Roman sacks him then he's the villain. Neither wants to come out of the situation badly so mutual consent is the best way to end things.

When you apply a bit of common sense and rationality - which isn't a profound concept to some on here - it really isn't that difficult a concept to understand.

Don't waste your time trying to prove something they wont accept, just like they can't accept the fact he was never offered the united job... Even if Jose said it they are so deluded they still wouldn't believe it. Everyone knows he WAS SACKED why else would he have got a payoff. Fact is he was told he would get sacked if he didn't mutual agree to leave, he had no option........

No one said anything about proof except you Drogs, I just posted links of reports of what Jose said prior to the Chelsea game, I never mentioned proof.

I've asked on numerous occasions now for your concrete proof to back up your posts by showing me where Jose/Chelsea actually said he was sacked, you still haven't presented these sources except for the odd shower of ****e rag newspaper.
