There is content to his posts? Really?? And what about his diatribe towards management, fans and to fellow posters on here???

Still you might as well have a go at me - that's the easy option. Why should I ignore him? You are choosing to allow him to cause unrest in the ranks - why can't I respond like most real fans I know???

Has your tactic proved effective, or has it resulted in several of the exchanges/threads you don't seem to like?
If, as you say, you're simply posting to abuse another poster then you're right, it is easy as quite simply you're in the wrong for doing it. If you've got a problem with a particular comment from him (or anyone else) instead of posting abuse PM OLM or myself and we'll have a look. Failing that, just ignore the ones that bother you.

You know what you are doing - even I know you're not that thick - don't try to justify your trolling role to me. Your sole purpose is to wind folks up whether you talk football or whatever.

stop been a precious ****

Is this thread about a) TWF'y winding people up. B) locking threads so u can't voice you opinion. Because you seem to fluctuate between the two?

I don't agree with what he says and i do react to it/ take the bait, if you will, and this means it sometimes gets heated, but there's no need for the **** off and die comments. Step too far.

If he took my advice I wouldn't have to repeat it, Lloydy (and at least one other person said the same thing).

I just think there's something wrong with it. Firstly, it's stupid you wishing someone would die because you had a heated debate over football. Simply **** off would be ok as i can't any grown up being upset by that. Secondly, you saying go and die is giving the internet hardman immense satisfaction. He's probably sitting in grotty student digs in de dar land laughing his tits off cos he knows he's got to you.

He hasn't got to me, it's just that I tend to use "...and die" as a little extra. I rarely say **** off without those two other special words following afterwards.

Edit: I do quite like knowing that people think there's something wrong with me saying it. Quite perverse, I know. <laugh>
