I thought Swansea had already signed him? That would send them absolutely crazy![]()
Swansea have signed CANAS.
We are signing a Barca youngster called CANOS.
On Canos, he is very promising, one of the brightest at La Masia.

Yes please, these two would be amazing
Not sure how Soldado going to Spurs benefits us?
(Well £1m after tax for him, but still!)Andy Carroll expected to complete deal according to Sam Allardyce - http://www1.skysports.com/football/...st-Ham-close-to-getting-Andy-Carroll-decision
Ridiculous that we're giving him a 'golden goodbye' payment of £2m! (Well £1m after tax for him, but still!)
Contact of £100,000 a week.
Is there ever a more undeserving player to be earning so much?
At least with Walcott, he knocked a few goals in for Arsenal, Torres had a continental reputation, Arshavin managed some good games, every player which has received ridiculous wages in the past (that I can think of) atleast showed performances which somewhat merited the insane figures they got paid, but I always thought the £80,000 a week we paid him was the most anyone would pay him, but seriously, £100k!?
Completely insane, really, £1m for not requesting a transfer (who would when you know the team wants rid and that clause is in your contract!?) and £100,000 for possibly a five year deal. Around £26million in the next five years (before tax), and around £10m for the 2 and a half years previous.
Those figures are beyond ridiculous, I felt the need to work it out to highlight how ridiculous it is.
One the one hand we have clubs risking bankruptcy, and on the other we see the insane amounts of money thrown about, and nobody who matters seems to be able to put two and two together.
Heard that Sky have reported that we're closing in on Mkhitarian?
