I've no idea what is going on now. I got lost around the time NSIS was ****ing himself off in the gym!
At a guess, his contract may be signed and sealed - but as he resigned from Roma, rather than being released after the two clubs came to an agreement, he cannot officially begin his duties with Spurs until July 1st.
he better be actually starting work before then. If we're only starting our summer on july 1st we are ****ed
They dropped points to Saints and others last season DL,what'll be different this next season then?. Looks like we've missed out on Guarin.
Owen Coyle appointed as the new boss at Wigan. I remember many "wise" posters on the old 606 suggesting he would be a good fit for a future manager of Spurs.
I wouldn't be too disappointed with Owen Coyle as manager, though I am now very much of the opinion that AVB is the direction that we should be headed, if we have any ambition of playing CL football.
What you on about? There'll still be plenty of time left until the last day of the Summer transfer window. We don't usually try to do any business until then, so there's no panic.
Whilst he may not be able to officially start his position until then, there's no reason he can't advise Levy and/or AVB about players we should look to bring in. Think about it this way - we were negotiating with Sigurdsson the week before AVB was unveiled, and once he was unveiled as our manager he met with Siggy and the deal was quickly finalised.
" I am a very good judge of players. I am a very good tactician. I intend to make Newcastle a far better team than they are now". The comments of the 66 year old Kinnear after signing a 3 year deal to become Newcastle's DOF. Absolutely unbelievable. Only Mike Ashley could do something so daft.
Joe bloody Kinnear! He thinks tactics are small mints (and I thank the Bob Monkhouse Bumper Book of Jokes 1978 for that joke)! Roy Kinnear would do a better job. And he's been dead for 25 years.
That has to be a probability. If so, that saves Ashley about 8 years salary in compensation. If Kinnear's comments are real, then I think it undermines Graham Carr's position as well.
