Fernandinho is a cracking player but £34m is daft, I reckon he'll do good for City though.

Puncheon leaving would be a blow, don't necessarily think he's a starter but he's a great player to have on the bench and fill in when needed, possible that he knows this will be his role and wants to get more game time though. He definitely had a significantly reduced role under Poche so it wouldn't surprise me.

Billy going to Reading makes me think it probably wasn't Adkins that wanted him shipped off in the first instance.

Apparently he was loaned out due to expectations we would sign Mayuka and another striker but we were rejected by all 3 targets and did not panic buy at the end. I know one of our targets was Lens but the others are a mystery. We didn't sign a striker in Jan because there was no suitable players on the market and poch thought the strikeforce was sufficient. Id put my car on us spending good money on a striker this windown

Sharp and Punch going make perfect sense to me. Love what they both have contributed and the manner in which Punch turned his time here around, yet if we are to follow this drive forward then expect players like this to go and superior replacements brought in.

Very true let's have Lens and the mystery Uruguayan wonderkid.

I personally wouldn't be happy with that. I like Lens but he might not be right for us as he's not a winger as much as he's a wide forward. I'd like to see a classic winger who can cross the ball and would be a direct Puncheon replacement if he leaves. Also I don't think that Uruguayan looks all that good, and the pricetag that's been stated seems far too much.

Yeah i wouldn't really argue with Olly either. the realization of him rejecting us last season for being small and then having a whole season to prove otherwise occurred to me whilst typing it and i couldn't be bothered to change it because this is an internet forum

Ill assume you haven't actually read the comment.

I'm running out of creative ways to call you a dickhead so today I'm just going to be up front with it.

TNLS may not have phrased it very well, but I think his point is fairly clear: he doesn't think we're likely to get Lens. Neither do I, to be honest.

In Getafe know nothing about a possible interest Sevilla's Diego Castro as substitute Jesus Navas has been transferred earlier this week at Manchester City. What it does have the club record Mallard has been the interest of the interior Galician Southampton.

The team led by Mauricio Pochettino has groped the possibility to have Diego Castro. Getafe not close the door to the transfer of the interior or any footballer. 6 million was the initial request azulones. The answer came in Southampton.

Diego Castro came two seasons ago the Coliseum with the letter of freedom from Sporting. In the recently completed League played 37 of the 38 games and was the top scorer with seven goals.
