I've been to Shanghai, Beijing and the Great Wall in China. San Francisco, Las Vegas, Los Angeles, San Diego, Grand Canyon and Florida in the USA. Punta Cana in the Dominican Republic. Crete and Kefolonia in Greece. Amsterdam in the Netherlands. Cycled through northern France to Paris. Gothenburg and Lund in Sweden. Quebec and Montreal in Canada and finally Perth, Ayers Rock, Alice Springs, Great Barrier Reef, Canberra, Sydney and Melbourne in Australia. Not bad for 22 :) lucky me. Quebec/Montreal over Christmas was my best holiday so far :) China was a massive learning experience, fascinating!

Wow !What did you think of the French Canadians ? I found them the rudest people I have ever met in my life .

Well since everyone's talking about their holiday destinations, I may as well add mine:

France (loadsa times), Egypt (three times), Spain (twice), Italy (twice), Belgium (twice, one was literally just a day though), Greece, Turkey (twice), Australia (twice), Singapore (once), Malawi (once), Morocco (once), Iceland (once), Israel (once), The West Bank (once), Cyprus (once), New York state (once), Ireland (once), Switzerland (once).

That includes a few school trips. Dunno which was the best though, Egypt was good, Malawi was an amazing experience, the first Turkey trip was fun, and both Iceland and Morocco were interesting, although quite hard work (geography trips).

I have got to see Iceland .

Yes I've been lucky ,but some parts of the UK take some beating for Natural Beauty , Dorset where I live , has some stunning scenery .

I was with a couple of friends during the first week of April, and we went to Snowdonia and then the Brecon Beacons where the scenery in both places is wonderful, particularly in the spring sunshine!!!

OK folks!! Lets see if together we have visited all the countries in the world. My contribution being Argentina, Uruguay, a tiny bit of Chile, a border town in Bolivia, Brazil (Brasilia and Rio to be precise), a change of plane in Helsinki but that shouldn't really count and Yekaterinburg in Russia!! Also Bergen in Norway, Copenhagen, Hamburg, Abisko in Northern Sweden plus the obvious places in elsewhere in Europe. Only visited North America once and that was Montreal!!

I once went to a dump called Port Arthur in Texas on a cargo ship for a load of guano - other than Pompey of course (only kidding Lapras!), what`s the biggest dump you`ve been in ?
