Even with a year left I think that number is small. For 1 million other clubs would come into the picture.
I lolled when I read the £1m offer. Someone at Hull City has a sense of humour. Equalisation goalshot!
You really think Sven put silly clauses in deals when we was on his trolley dash? We paid 1M for him. His value has increased massively since We would rather him walk for nothing next year then sell now for 1M He wont leave for less then 5M
He will leave for less than 5M. One year on his contract and wont sign an extension? You will cash in for something and it wont be for 5m.
Go back with 1.5mil, turn Schmeichel's head so he force's a move somewhere, ha ha you couldn't make it up after what's gone on with Leicester trying and failing miserably to sign our players in the past ha ha.
Who says he wont sign an extension? We have only just offered him one and at the minute he is with the Denmark squad. 1.5M wont turn nothing Anything less then 5M and our owners wont be interested. We would rather him play a part in our promotion push and walk for nothing next year rather then sell him for 2-3M He would cost us at least 1M to replace him and his replacement wouldnt even be on Kaspers level
I didnt say 1.5M. Yes he will cost you far more than 1M to replace. How often do you really see clubs allow contracts to run out and get nothing for the player? Im sure it happens but it doesnt happen that often. I think you will take 3M for him, that said, I dont see him coming here. With 1 year left on his contract someone will come in for him one would think.
why do people band figures about , the fact of the matter is nobody generally other than the owners will know what offer is put on and what offer will be accepted , to start quoting five million is ridiculous he could go for half that and the chances are you won't know because it will be undisclosed !
and as for he will go to a mid-table prem side that's also ****e go through the premier league and tell me what side kasper would be no1 at ?
So Kaspar's away with the Denmark squad atm, which is the reason he hasn't signed his extension - not that if he really, really wanted to sign it that could be arranged by one of the Leicester City office staff flying over to where he currently is to get the signature. Also don't all international managers "encourage" their players to play in the highest league available - and if any Leicester fan wants to quote the tired "but he'll be involved in a relegation fight for the whole of next season", I will quote the "well if Leicester get promoted next season, then they will be involved in a relegation battle the season after that". And unless say Everton under their new manager decide they need a youngish number 1 shot-stopper, then Hull is the only PL club likely to be interested in him - and if a player wants the move, would Leicester let him walk to Hull next summer on a free or rather get some money back on him now
Proud you do talk nonsense sometimes. The figure of 5m has been plucked from the sky by you. The simple fact is you have no idea what your owners would accept. To suggest that they would rather let him go for free than get money for him now I find unlikely. That normally happens when the club has tried their best to keep the player but they reject the clubs offer. If your owners receive what they consider a reasonable price he will be gone.
