If the rumour is true then there is a big chance he'll take the job IMO.
 
Normally I like a bit of a blind panic, but I'm not too worried about this. Up and coming talented young manager gets linked with job shocker. Pochettino has time on his side and some money to throw around, no reason to leave yet. If we have an amazing season next year I think we could struggle to retain him.
 
I honestly wouldn't blame Pochettino if he took the job offer, should he be allowed to. I doubt he will leave but I would hold no bad feeling towards him if he did.

No, I don't think you could ever reach koob status [wrote he, adding koob to his Firefox dictionary as an affirmation of the status of the new word]. Especially as you do seem to come up with some sort of new and valid news almost every day, whether it be seconds, minutes, hours, or even days and weeks ahead. I've often wondered quite how you do it. You must give us a summary, without revealing the details that would undoubtedly undermine your position, and also, stop you from the tedious task of having to bump off an awful lot of people.
 
If he is going then I'd like Gaitan in return. And then Pochettino can come back after a week.

Well I've read WGS biography and it says he did. So there..! :)

And I might go in search of it, within the house, to support my opinion [especially as I'm now only 99% sure]. :)
 
Oh bugger, this isn't great news.

Put it this way, if it was Football Manager and Benfica came in for me, I would be off...

Just have to hope the talks between Cortese and the board have shown everyone involved that we are still an ambitious club with some money to spend to push on. If the board are hesitating and Pochettino is aware of it, that alone could be enough for him to pack his bags. Not to mention bloody English weather...

That's Nicola talking to himself then. I'm sure the board will come to a swift and favourable decision, once Nicola decides to eat an out-of-date yoghurt, rather than spend time on this question.
