I' ve noticed Gareth Howells is the Spurs Legends Keeper ,he is Dave Howell's brother as i'm sure you all know, and He used to Keep Goal at Sutton United
One of my absolute favourite things about this board is your frequent and unwavering references to Sutton. Keep them coming
Seeing as i have supported them as long as Spurs,i have as much affection for them.just think some people might take an intrest in some of the posts, also it might encourage one or two with a spare Saturday,to pop along to see what i'm on about.they get about 500 fans at home games but would like more. And for non-league the do play good football, very much a Spurs tradition, and they have two ex-spurs on the playing staff!
doesn't ring a bell,we have James folkes and Jamie Slabber,he might be there, and not annouced yet, they have signed 2 players this week
Sorry, my mistake. Don't know why I said Slade because it was Slabber I meant. Decent player who I imagine would shine at that level.
he's been a regular top scorer in the league with the clubs he's been with, and Paul Doswell,U's manager has been after him for a long while,i'm looking forward to seeing him play,if the team gel, they should be strong enough to make at least a play-off place for the Conference premier
Battle of Britain episode 2! Where were you in 2013 dad????? Hope the ref doesn't spoil the game by handing out cards left and right!!!!! Seems that this past season, the referees were giving out cards faster than I got train numbers as a kid. If this was 40 years ago,we wouldn't have ANY players left on the field!
I found out yesterday there's an English Defence League Jewish Division. Irony really isn't one of their stronger subjects, is it?
Wasn't there a Jewish amateur football club some while ago, in London I think. Can't remember the name now!
