I honestly believe all three promoted sides will be relegated next season...last seasons Championship was a poor division & my team finished well bottom, shows how bad we where!

I think it was aber who commented that how can mid table be called a success - clubs like ours are 99.9% never going to finish higher than the mans, chelski, arsenal etc unless as someone else mentioned there is a salary cap. just an opinion all

Some of you Cardiff fans are deluded if u think u are going to walk this league! Swansea will be between 8th and 12th Cardiff will do well to say away from bottom. Your style of play is predictable the defenders in the perm will destroy you. Also if u watch other teams player interviews about swansea they all say how hard it is to play against a team who pay that style of football (the right way) Swansea's latest form isn't as bad as it looked. The last games we played where all the champions league candidates which we gave them all a very good game! Plus we had no real striker. And the Fulham game was one of those. The jealousy runs deep on this board because no one can say a bad word about Swansea really! Owned by the fans for the fans. Unlike your club unfortunately!
History shows you dont stay above us for long. We may go down - I dont think so. Your recent form is rubbish. Your the smallest club in the PL and are now going to have to play extra games in Europe. I think you will go down - May be wrong. Youve done brilliantly the last couple of seasons. Wigan a small rugby town like youselves lasted 8 seasons. I doubt you will have a 4th.
I think both sets of fans need to wait until the season starts, no one knows what type of team either side will have. The Cardiff board has said money will be available but Malky will not pay silly money. The Swansea board have taken £2,000,000 out and talk is that a few of their best players are looking to better themselves with Ashley Williams 1st in line.
Another reason i think they will struggle - Ashley Williams is one of their better players. 8th down - not much difference to The Championship. Look at the teams who went down - Bolton , Blackburn , Wolves. We are the Football League Champions - nothing to fear at all. Though I agree I may alter my opinion depending on signings.
Your having a laugh there. There are many better players that I would be worried over if they were to leave. If we get the rumoured 8-10 million for him, then ML can spend that on a much better defender. Ash has had the good fortune of playing alongside top drawer defenders like Chico and Caulker. I think most fans would swap Ash for Caulker in a heartbeat.
You wait, we are famous world wide and respected for our style of play, this will attract better quality players than Cardiff could ever wish to have. Our club is commercially viable and sustainable, allowing us to push on and build every season. We have within our ranks 3 Dutch internationals 1 Belgium 1 Spanish 1 south Korea, come on do u think we are that weak think about it. What do you have haha perm failures and has been's we will attract better players next season. We will see won't we. Get ready to crash back to reality the attitude you have will leave you with nothing than disappointment. You are going to be trying not to get stuffed every game fact. Williams can go made too many errors this season cost us at least 10 points. My predictions. Cardiff nothing better than QPR think money wont buy you success. If you watched us u would know is only teams that dominated us this season was Everton, Chelsea away and Liverpool away every other teams we played the result could have gone either way.

The thread was created by a Swan and it is based on current squads only. Some have been less than complimentary about Swansea because your form in the second half of the season was relegation form. If that carries over into the next season you will struggle especially with European games to deal with as well. Most have been realistic about our chances in the premier league and we all recognise both clubs need to buy for different reason. If you want to discuss what other players think of the Swans and Cardiff create a thread about it, so to avoid any confusion, based on current squads Swansea would struggle a bit bit because of the European adventure they are about to embark on and good luck with that. Cardiff will be safe but it will be a long hard season. Now when we both get our new signings in then another thread can be created to deal with those predictions.
You're that strong your manager wants 6-7 quality signings in the close season. Some good results for Swansea but also some bad ones with a few draws in-between, I think it's called a football league. Good luck in Europe next season.
