It's a minefield and why I have no intention ever buying/selling another house, having done one three times and the other twice.

That said, it's house not a pint of milk. Some people get nervous about such things!

I dont mind people getting nervous.. its ****s that change their mind and who are dishonest about it. People think the agent is always the bad guy.. we are not its the general public. I only wish we adopt a similar approach to Scotland.

I often take advantage of the wifi and half decent coffee to do a spot of work.
Rarely eat the burgers, although am partial to a weekly breakfast.

Yeah, they have little wraps and chicken pop corn type stuff. Ok with a quick drink.

I do love how the Scottish independence is actually so far from being real. At least the Welsh fully accept and admit they'd be ****ed without England.
