Innocent until proven guilty.
Footballers get accused of rape all the time, and most of the time it's just some stupid skank lying to get attention. They do it because they know that there, for some reason, isn't a significant punishment for those who falsely accuse those of rape, but there's a chance she'll get some money to shut up or he'll get put away for a long time for being found guilty without sufficient evidence.
These bitches don't realise that they're hurting real victims of rape. With all these bitches lying, it makes us all treat the real victims of rape as probable liars.
The more of you women that lie, the more often that rapists get away with it, and more often those poor lasses who do get raped, don't get justice.
It's ridiculous that those women who later admit they were lying don't even get a sentence.
We need to make sure those who are found out as liars are punished severely. And I don't mean when there's not enough evidence to convict someone, I mean when someone is found to be lying out their ass, making up a story and being inconsistent with what they say.

Well if he had got it "over the line" he would never have found himself in this situation. So yes, it is all Alan's fault.

The 6 from the lower leagues got sent down didnt they? The one from a Shefield club got 6 years, Brambles Brother got sent down, Bramble didnt rape anyway it was more touchy feely and an over exuberant taxi driver that reported it.

When did I say she is lying because other ones have lied? I'm saying it isn't uncommon for girls to lie about being raped by people with money, or people who they don't like.
However, I think all rape allegations should be taken seriously so the right verdict is given.
I'm not calling this girl a liar, I'm simply stating that Loic Remy should not have his reputation in any way damaged over accusations of rape.
It's annoying that the papers are allowed to publish the names of those involved before anything has been decided, because people then treat the accused individual differently, like he/she is already guilty.
It's like these days you're guilty until proven innocent, instead of innocent until proven guilty.

I don't have any articles at my disposal to give you an example, but it doesn't take a brain to figure out that since there's no punishment for lying about rape, or very little punishment, that people will do it.One example of a famous person getting put in prison for false accusations was a young NFL player, who got put away for 10 years, and after a decade, the woman admitted she was lying.
He never got those 10 years back, and she got no punishment.

In other words Tash, you're talking nonsense as usual. You can only give one vague example, in the US, for something you said is happening "all the time"!!
In addition, if you did a little bit of research you would find that in this country any woman found guilty of making a false accusation of rape invariably gets a custodial sentence. Indeed, a woman who did that last year was imprisoned this Monday Monday at Leeds Crown Court!!!
