I think so too. But there is a connection with Celtic and would he see that as a stepping stone in his career?

Glad you reminded us of that PPBB. It may go on until the last game of the season and until the playoffs are over before things get sorted.
I was listening to some guy on 5live a couple of months back ,and he was saying that while other clubs in the premier league, we're ripe to be taken over by rich billionaires. Everton would never be, because the stadium is land locked they would have to move, they have a far bigger team with a bigger world wide fan base very close to them. Everton only appeal to people from the city of Liverpool very little outside support in comparison to other big City clubs. To be fair to them they have been punching above their weight in the PL for some time (probably down to Moyes) I'm afraid once Moyes leaves next season it is going to be very tough for them, also I think some of the better players will leave too. So whoever takes over will have one hell of a job on his hands, with very little money to spend, and any position next season lower than 7th will be deemed a failure in the eyes of the Everton supporters.
What can you do in Scotland right now though? Celtic have already won next seasons title, I could go up there and win the SPL with their squad. They achieved as much as they're going to in Europe this season and will almost certainly fail in the group stages this year. They had the worst Barca side for 5 years in their group which helped make getting to the last 16 look like an amazing feat. When the worst '2 team' league in Europe lost Rangers it was only ever going to be the start of terminal decline. I'm not surprised Lennon will look to get out of Scotish football to a likely to be mid table Everton next season. I'd get MM going to Everton, I'd be absolutely stunned if he went to the SPL, he may never get back out if he does!
Just saying the right things or is he really going to turn them down. Bookies might need a rethink. http://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/0/football/22494003
Martinez winning the fA Cup will make him look even better now. I think MM is down the list a bit to be honest. Probably the 3rd or 4th choice.
Debating on this Kairdiff board is like Driving miss Daisy!................... I Still see MM as the successor to Moyes, have a nice day girls!.............
The Dane said: "Next season I want to try to consolidate Swansea. There is a lot of challenge there, we're playing in Europe and we would like to have that experience as a club, as a team, and I would like to be a part of that. Then let's see what happens in the future." He claimed that finishing in the top 10 of the league was an even greater achievement than winning the Capital One Cup. "This season will always be remembered for the cup but to be in the top 10 is something really, really great," Laudrup said. "Money is not all in life, and not in football, but it's quite important and to have the lowest budget in the league means to finish in the top 10 may be an even bigger result. "Our aim has to be to try to consolidate in mid-table. That sounds a bit arrogant but we finished 11th last year and eighth or ninth this season. That's what we have to aim for next season as well. And it won't be easy as I know some of the clubs below us want to spend heavily, so it's another huge challenge." MM " cheerio lads "
Sounds a bit like your last few managers , first chance they had to go they went ASAP Going back to our Malkie, why would he go to smaller club thats skint?
