any body with a view on Kevin Morgan's two horses at Hamilton-- Anan in the 6 40 has been off the track for over 4 years- Raamz just over a year-- not that its crucial- he usually has them ready to go first time-- he has only had one runner in recent times there-- it won -- these look weak/winnable races-- any opinions ?

Fancied Meetings Man myself to be honest after looking at Hugh Taylor. Mubtadi could still have a bit of improvement though so not going mad here, very small stakes.

Like the look of Huntsmans Close in the 7.40 at Ascot, who shaped with promise at the back end of last season, culminating in a maiden win. If there is more improvement to come, in off bottom weight off 86 here might be the telling difference against good horses but ones who are on fair marks at best.

Good shout on Meetings Man well done

If I can get Mubtadi beat its time for a little break! I think it was the ground that caught him out as the ground changed rapidly with the rain falling for 20 minutes. Still travelled very powerfully but couldn't quicken. Terry Norman certainly wasn't happy before the race

It rains for 20 minutes at Nottingham and the ground changes from Good to firm, firm in places to good. Utter joke

@NottsRacecourse it's a disgrace your ground changes dramatically after 20 mins of rain. Ridiculous . Watering when rain is forecast !!!

@peteg40 good ground that has been watered - certainly wont aid his chance. No idea what will happen . He hasn't liked it in the past

Presuming that will be what is to blame when he next tweets.

Mubtadi, as expected, hated the ground but he also sweated up badly. something he hasn't done before. How I hate watered ground #braindead

Great shout, pipped my choice.

Another Jockey howler in the last at Ripon, on ATR they are treading carefully but looked a clear case of stopping riding thinking was too far ahead and the horse lost momentum quicker than expected and she got caught out. Anyone who had that horse will be deeply upset.

I did blue, for £20 bloody disgrace IMO ATR tried to make out saddle may have slipped as she fell off after the line!! Hope she gets a long ban my bet may not have been the biggest in the world but her actions were very very amateurish I feel sorry for connections but believe the horse will win NTO

Sorry to hear that Ninja.

It's the second time today ATR have attempted to see something so out of focus to avoid naming what really happened. It was a simple example of stopping riding to look after the winning distance only to get caught out. It was clear for all to see, however Jason Weaver was coming out with stuff about tired legs and saddles slipping.

The stewards have banned her for 10 days and I am sure she will learn from it and come back. She is a claimer and so you would hate for her to be strung up for it and lose opportunities it but it was so unnecessary.
