Has anyone else noticed the new background on these forums when you click on Hull's page?

Badge what badge?
It cannot be seen in anything under 1280x1024 and even at that it is just a partial badge.

However if I view picture the badge shows up clearly, is this a site problem?

Just had a look a TWS's. It's hard to see it as it's shrouded beneath our shadow,it looks like a 70's comprehensive school.
