OK, sorry. Just trying to figure out how it works and what its for.

See first post of thread:

........... Reputation.

In answer to a few questions that have been asked by new members recently, reputation was added to the program to enable people to show either their approval or disapproval of comments made by other posters.

If you click on the star at the bottom of the comment concerned, you can approve or disapprove of the comment and leave a reason why you do so.

The higher your rep power is, the more points the OP or the person who's comment you're voting on gets. That's if you're voting that you approve of course. If you vote that you disapprove, you take points off the total of the person concerned. After voting there's a panel (Your comments on this post) where you can say why you've left the rep or the reason for doing so. It sometimes get's abused by people voting either for or against the person who's comment they're voting on rather than the comment itself.

Very good Minxy, I couldn't have said it better myself. <ok>

Seems Mick is aware of the problem and is working on it.
