He is not only a callous and morally depraved creature he is also thick and stupid enough to publically gloat his warped delight over the internet for all to see. His arrogance is the outcome of the twisted view perpetrated by rationally unhinged PC advocates that society not the criminal is to blame. As well as severly punishing this apology for a human being, we need to stop pandering to these brainless PC infested agencies - and punish them as well for the mess they have made of the country.
