It tends to slow down when... 1.) There's a big match on (the Manchester derby slowed it down, IIRC) 2.) There's a huge amount of traffic due to a certain section of Merseyside concocting conspiracy theories for when a certain Uruguayan of theirs is slapped with a hefty ban for certain activities he committed on the field 3.)
