Colloquially they're both correct.

I take it when your lot sing "you are my Arsenal" you go around trying to correct them too?

But literally neither are correct.

And yes, I use my seat as a lectern and try and reason with them to talk propa.

Ensil, and his grammar police are everywhere!...transgressors will be insulted into submission!..<yikes>

( that should flush him out, if he's around)

Let no man tell me that Gooners are not the most fickle fans in the league.

I've just been over to the Gooners' "rival watch" thread, and simply had to catalogue this for prosperity. It starts before our crucial game against £ity, today. Naturally, the Goonlets are arrogantly confident that we'd get turned over. Their euphoria reaches orgasmic overload when "agent" Nasri opens the scoring, but all too soon they are plunged into the depths of despair when AVB pulls off a master-class in how to win a game from the bench.

Enjoy!

Pressure on Chelsea and Spurs tomorrow. We can now afford to sit back, relax and watch those two excellent games.

I am very much looking forward to the prospect that at least one of those teams could lose ground on us tomorrow

I'm going for a Sp*rs loss and Chelsea draw. Although Liverpool are horrible and could lose to Chelsea, as they have nothing to play for now.

Well I think it will be both of us [ie. AFC and CFC] for top four, I just don't know in what order yet.

Come on Man City! Earn your bloody wages you cash-humping ****s.

Then, £ity score…

Nasri scores against Spurs!

Nasri makes it 1-0 to City!

Maybe nasri likes arsenal a bit after all!

St Totteringham's day approaches, i'll bring the sandwiches.

Then, within the blink of an eye, the mighty Spurs are 2-1 up….

I Blame Mancini ... Spurs changed tactics and he didn't follow.

You do that, son, if it helps you to sleep any easier at night.

**** off!

What’s up, son? A little bit upset, are we?

Then, we go 3-1 up...

Clichy is beyond ****, he's useless. They'd be better off with 10 men.

I think they'll [Spurs] go on and get 4th now, the only game i can see them dropping points is Chelsea

We're ****ed I think.

Nice one Wenger for persisting with selling off our best players and replacing them with utter dross.

The only recent signing that can be described as an success is Cazorla, everything else has been a downgrade.

Replacing the best striker in the league with an average no-mark who currently stands at joint 8th in the top scorers league alongside 4 others. **** off Arsene you gutless prick.

Oops! Looks like another mini rebellion brewing! Where’s Mr Chuckles (ie. PESKIE) to quell the uprising with his blinkered rhetoric ?

Wait! Here he is…

PESKIE said:
As much as we like to laugh at the Spuds, you have to hand it to them today, that was a great comeback.

Hm. Not only does he not seem to be chuckling much now, but he appears to have changed his tune a bit, too. That’s our PESKIE! You keep bending with the wind, son.

And what do the Gooners think of Chelsea dominating ‘Pool?

Kyle? said:
Can't rely on the scousers for anything, bunch of useless ****ers!

Well, there you have it!
<laugh>

This is why i like you HIAG. You set yourself up to fall so badly. We still have an easier run in than you, and we still have a better (and bigger) squad than you do.

That gooner who posted that the only points he can see us dropping are against Chelsea is obviously a prick. Chelsea have something like 6 matches in 18 days and will be cream crackered. Sunderland etc will be tougher than he thinks. Nobody get too confident because of what he posted.

We still have an easier run in than you...

...and we still have a better (and bigger) squad than you do.

Oh, dear!

Next week, you play United and we play Wigan. We could be a point ahead of you, and still with a game in hand. Are you really that obtuse that you cannot see the crisis that your club is facing?

how long did it take you to write all that HIAG?

Not long, at all. It's all cut and pasted (apart from my witty and cutting comments).

I had to do it, though, so that we can all laugh at the fickleness of the NA606 Gooners. The speed with which all of them went from arrogant glee to utter despair is so comical.

Your game in hand is a probable loss against Chelsea, so therefore it isn't really a game in hand at all. And Manure will probably be celebrating a title win, so they might actually be beatable.

And regarding the quote in your sig, yes, i do think we can still finish 2nd, and i'll think that until it's mathematically impossible. You saw first hand today how unpredictable Citeh are.
