'My' Arsenal? Or 'I am' Arsenal? Neither are correct but I assume you meant the latter.

    Colloquially they're both correct.

I take it when your lot sing "you are my Arsenal" you go around trying to correct them too?

  9. Let no man tell me that Gooners are not the most fickle fans in the league.

I've just been over to the Gooners' "rival watch" thread, and simply had to catalogue this for prosperity. It starts before our crucial game against £ity, today. Naturally, the Goonlets are arrogantly confident that we'd get turned over. Their euphoria reaches orgasmic overload when "agent" Nasri opens the scoring, but all too soon they are plunged into the depths of despair when AVB pulls off a master-class in how to win a game from the bench.

    Enjoy!

    [cough]TWAT![cough]

    Then, £ity score…

Then, within the blink of an eye, the mighty Spurs are 2-1 up….

You do that, son, if it helps you to sleep any easier at night.

What’s up, son? A little bit upset, are we?

    Then, we go 3-1 up...

Oops! Looks like another mini rebellion brewing! Where’s Mr Chuckles (ie. PESKIE) to quell the uprising with his blinkered rhetoric ?

    Wait! Here he is…

Hm. Not only does he not seem to be chuckling much now, but he appears to have changed his tune a bit, too. That’s our PESKIE! You keep bending with the wind, son.

And what do the Gooners think of Chelsea dominating ‘Pool?

    Well, there you have it!

This is why i like you HIAG. You set yourself up to fall so badly. We still have an easier run in than you, and we still have a better (and bigger) squad than you do.

I'm slightly amazed he managed to write it at all, considering he's meant to be banned from the Arsenal board.

That gooner who posted that the only points he can see us dropping are against Chelsea is obviously a prick. Chelsea have something like 6 matches in 18 days and will be cream crackered. Sunderland etc will be tougher than he thinks. Nobody get too confident because of what he posted.

    Oh, dear!

Next week, you play United and we play Wigan. We could be a point ahead of you, and still with a game in hand. Are you really that obtuse that you cannot see the crisis that your club is facing?

  19. Not long, at all. It's all cut and pasted (apart from my witty and cutting comments).

I had to do it, though, so that we can all laugh at the fickleness of the NA606 Gooners. The speed with which all of them went from arrogant glee to utter despair is so comical.

Your game in hand is a probable loss against Chelsea, so therefore it isn't really a game in hand at all. And Manure will probably be celebrating a title win, so they might actually be beatable.

And regarding the quote in your sig, yes, i do think we can still finish 2nd, and i'll think that until it's mathematically impossible. You saw first hand today how unpredictable Citeh are.
