Terrible. Feel gutted for him. I'm guessing the knee must have healed abnormally in some way, but I would have thought scans etc would have picked something up...

Can't even begin to think how down he must feel. I've no idea if any players ever have a look on the forums but if any did he's as likely as any other. I hope he sees how respected he is by the fans and gets to see just how many good wishes there are for him.
And not just respected by you. I hope he makes a full recovery and plays again for you.
Just a thought, but players always give fans signed shirts - could be an idea to post messages on here, stick 'em on a shirt and send it to the training ground - just messages from all the boys and girls on not606, I'd be more than happy to take the lead, get the shirt and send it?
