Leicester could still go up and we might not.

Whatever happens we'll finish above them in the league (AKCJ).

We will if you do your part! Not banking on it though.

Really? You'd favour negative football over enthusiastic and energetic performances that are basically an "all or nothing" approach?

I think injuries and suspensions have slowed our momentum down and, without sounding too bias, if we'd have had Aluko and Fryatt fit all Season, we'd probably be top as without them we're having to scrape across the line with well fought 1-0 wins.

Leicester's players just seem to have given up on Promotion entirely. When Leicester were 2nd, they looked the real deal and I thought they were dead certs for Promotion. I think the problem is, you have a team full of individual egos. Knockaert is a class act, but is a typical beg-headed tit who knows he's good, Nugent is a twat, Dyer seems to be your Koren this Season; good some games but disappears in others and the only player IMO, putting his heart into your sides performances would be Schmeichel.

We're performing now just as Cardiff have done all Season; not playing particularly well, but they have the right players to keep a lead and win. It's not performances that win you promotion, it's the results.

You need to chill fella, you'll burst something.

Five games to go, anything could happen, we're far from certain of finshing second yet.

The only certainty, is that you're not very bright. <laugh>

First of, negative football? I saw your game against Huddersfield recently. Scored one counter attack then defended for the rest of the game. We beat that team 6-1...

Injuries affect everyone. We've missed plenty of players through injuries this season.

Youve probably picked two of the last players as your examples of egos. Nuge would run through walls for promotion and so would Knocks. What's wrong with knowing your good? He's a professional FFS <laugh>

Right now you're limping over the line, pretty frustrating to watch as I think your current position is there for the taking (We've left it too late, mind).

Hmm well, away from home we're negative yeah because we're missing Aluko. Earlier on in the Season, we were taking the home teams by surprise by going all out for the win. When two of your main driving forces are injured (Quinn and Aluko) you have to compromise and play dirty. At least we attack and create chances even whilst playing negative under Bruce.

    When Pearson was at the City helm, it was the worst set of performances at home all Season I've seen as a City fan. Even when we were fighting to stay in the Football League we put more heart and soul into a home match than under Pearson. The Stats say it all that Season;

Top 2 away record; bottom 3 home record. Lowest scorers in the Division and vary rarely scored more than 2 in a game (very rarely scored 2 mind...)

Make of that what you will, but we're only 'limping' over the line at the moment because of injuries. I can almost assure you, if we'd have had Fryatt and Aluko all Season, we'd have more in the goals scored column as Simpson and Proschwitz wouldn't even get a look in (Prossie would probably have been sold/loaned out in January) we'd be playing our exciting, fluid football like we saw earlier on in the Season and we'd probably be challenging for, if not top of the League.

At the moment, most of our players are out of form, fatigued or injured and we're still managing to pull results outta the bag. That says a lot. Koren has been awful recently, Elmo looks knackered, Quinn's been injured, Simpson couldn't score in a brothel, Proschwitz isn't getting a chance, most of our defenders are out injured (Bruce, McShane, Hobbs) and we're still 2nd. I'll leave it there.

We have already done our part. Nigel wants both Hull and Leicester to go up. He knew you wasnt good enough to go through the play offs so we are letting you have 2nd and were going up via the play offs

The pretty football we were playing earlier in the season(that we forgot to play at your place), has gone out the window, it's just about getting results now.

A situation not helped by the fact that we've almost got a better team on the treatment table, than we have on the pitch.

We've been without Fryatt all season, without Hobbs and Dudgeon for most of the season, without Aluko and Faye for half the season and now we've lost McShane and Bruce too. We're now down to our last two centre backs, with all three of the others likely to be out for the season, which isn't ideal when you play 3-5-2.

Still, it is what it is and I'll be more than happy to see us stumble over the line.

If we get second then we've done brilliantly especially given the absence of the players in OLM's post.

Sounds like its all or nothing then for you. Will you have a team left if you fall into the play offs?

If it is the play-off's for us, we should have Fryatt back, probably Hobbs and possibly Aluko, so if anything, we'd be considerably stronger than we are now(though obviously that's dependant on not losing anyone else significant on the way).

The irony being, I bet every Hull City fan will be wanting Leicester to beat Watford in a couple of weeks time.

If you do, I wonder what the reaction will be towards Pearson.

I think no matter what happens, if Hull go up, they have Pearson to partially thank for it.

We wouldn't be in this situation if he'd have stayed.

    That's not what he's saying.

You wouldn't be in this position if he'd gone to you in the first place.

I know that wasn't what he was saying, but how can you confidently predict that any other manager wouldn't have done the same, if not better as Hull City manager?

We wouldn't be in this position if we hadn't have had the Allams more like.

AKCJ - think you need to re-think / re-write this one - not sure it makes any sense?

He did go to them - in the first place? and they are in that position?

I can practically feel the sawdust in charlie's bonce shifting from side to side as he manically tries to figure out whether this is complimentary or insulting ... if he gets brain freeze his mam will be after you!
