The team that finish in sixth on the last day of the season, judging by what usually happens. So...Leicester?
The greatest myth about the playoffs is that the team that finishes 3rd never goes up, if anything it's actually the opposite. I think I read somewhere that the team that finishes 4th has never gone up or at least not in a good decade anyway. That may be partly due to the teams in 5th and 6th having greater momentum and the team in 3rd presumably having been better than them anyway. Nothing against Hull but I'd rather a Southern or Midlands team go up. Midlands football is in desperate need of top flight clubs, the ideal scenario for me would be Cardiff, Watford and Palace/Forest. Hull v Watford tonight will decide who gets 2nd, can't see beyond Watford for that game, Hull are overperforming IMO. League Table stays as it is, then I'd envisage a Watford v Forest final. Nigel Pearson will be gone unless Leicester get promoted, they went from being a shoo-in for 2nd (at least) to midtable, as long as that judas **** Poyet doesn't go up I'll be happy though
Alaba scored an extra late equaliser for Austria against Eire last week and now he's scored an extremely early one this week. Wonder if he's any good for the other 85 minutes?
Are they ?? I'm watching ITV where Adrian Chiles is creaming himself at seeing David Beckham in real life. 0-0 so far, 10 minutes gone.
Missed the goal but this Bayern team is something, they could be out of site already and Juventus are no slouches, they've been really good this season in the CL. I highly recommend watching this, they're making Juve look very, very pedestrian.
Messi completed a run of games on the weekend which saw him score against every La Liga opponent in succession.
Shouldn't have put the jinx on the game, Bayern haven't been so good since and Juve started to come into it. Clattenburg's having a tough time out there for not booking Juve's players and trying to let play flow so reacts by giving a booking to Mandzukic for an unremarkable foul.
from not sending off a player for a challenge like Nanis, to sending him off for a dive which wasn't to this
